Why Hydroponic Vegetables are safe

One of the many reasons hydroponic vegetables are better for you is because of how safe they are grown.
Remember all the recent recalls over the past few years?
The Tomato, spinach, lettuce recalls that cause illness and even death !!!
Why did this happen?
It's because of Salmonella.

Salmonella is a bacteria that can be found in allot of raw field grown vegetables if not handled or processed properly.

Hydroponic vegetables can not get Salmonella because of the way they are grown.
